Brand new laboratory facilities account for 2700 square feet of the 5900 square foot building.  The office area, manufacturing and warehouse space are still being completed.

Brand new equipment is being brought in daily.  Samples are continually analyzed for purity and content via Gas Chromatography and High Performance Liquid Chromatography to maintain our strict quality control standards.

This multi-head filling machine is used to fill our alcohol-based products.  Production capacity upward of 5000 units per day is possible with this machine, with QC tolerances within + or - 0.001%

Many of you have been asking for information about our parent company and updates on what new products we have in the pipeline for the near future.  The past year has been spent preparing for our first big move in six years.  Syracuse has been good to us, but very soon we will be moving out into more rural Phoenix, NY where we'll be better able to spread our wings and expand our service offerings a bit more.  Custom manufacturing contracts that we have been awarded in the recent past have required more space and better technology than what we currently had available, and after six years we had very much outgrown our current building, so a larger and more advanced home has been on the drawing board for quite some time.  These are photos of our brand new facility in Phoenix, NY - still currently under construction.  This new lab is completely state of the art, with technological advances that will allow us to improve our quality control and pilot workup services.  We are thrilled to be moving into this brand spanking new 5900 square foot facility; our hope is to be in by the end of September and completely up and running independent of our old building by the end of the year.  At the pace we are currently moving, we may actually be in early.

 

We have many exciting new products in the development stages right now, and we hope to debut some of them as early as this summer.  It's a bit early to divulge too much now, but suffice to say we are joining forces with some very creative companies to produce products that will expand the use of pheromones beyondn anything conventionally imagined.
